Amount of ingredients used to make mango lassi for four persons

(1) One bowl of mango pulp

(2) 2 cups of curd

(3) Half glass of water or milk

(4) Two teaspoons of sugar

(5) Cardamom powder as required

(6) 2 teaspoons of dry fruits

What is the process of making mango lassi?

  •  First of all, mix mango pulp along with water and curd in the blender jar. After mixing, run the blender until the mango curd is well mixed i.e. it becomes fine.
  • After that add cardamom and sugar and run the blender until the lassi thickens. When you feel that the lassi has thickened, then take it out in a serving glass for serving.
  •  After taking it out in the serving glass, add dry fruits on top and then add vanilla to make it more sweet and to change the flavor.
  •  If someone likes spicy lassi then you can also add cumin and mint to it.
