International Yoga Day is celebrated every year on 21 June all over the world. This year’s theme of International Yoga Day is Yoga for women empowerment. On International Yoga Day, women can include seven famous yogasanas in Yoga for glowing skin.

(1)Bhujangasana

  • The first yogasana in yoga for glowing skin is Bhujangasana. If a person wants to make his face beautiful, then he should do Bhujangasana. Doing Bhujangasana not only benefits the face but also makes your waist flexible. Along with this, belly fat will be reduced.

(2)Matsyasana

  • By doing Matsyasana, blood circulation in the body happens well, as a result of which the glow on the face increases. 

(3)Trikonasana

  • By doing this, oxygen is supplied to the whole body and as a result, the face becomes fresh and glowing. Trikonasana is also called Triangle Pose in English.

(4)Sarvangasana

  • For glowing skin, Sarvangasana should be done under yoga. It is also called the queen among 84 lakh asanas. By doing this asana, pimples do not appear on the face.

(5)Halasana

  • By doing Halasana, 100% of the blemishes on your face will be removed and the face will become spotless. The face will glow like the sun. Many people also call this asana as anti-aging asana because by doing this asana, the skin of your body will never hang.

(6)Padmasana

  • Padmasana is also known as Kamalasana and Lotus Pose in India. Whichever sadhak or sadhika is lying down in this asana, his face blooms like a lotus. Padmasana is a famous yogasana in the world of yoga for glowing skin. By doing this, the whole body starts glowing.

(7)Shirshasana

  • Shirshasana is also called the king of all asanas. This asana is a little difficult to do. But by practicing slowly, this asana can be done. This is to keep the skin of the face always young. Shirshasana is also included in yoga for glowing skin.

How can I glow my face in 7 days?

To get glow on the face within 7 days, balance your lifestyle i.e. avoid eating spicy food and drink more water. Practice Shirshasana, Trikonasana, Tadasana, Sarvangasana regularly in the morning.

Can yoga help in skin whitening?

Doing yoga daily causes the blood vessels to expand. Due to which blood circulation increases. Due to increased blood circulation, your face starts getting oxygen and nutrition and your face starts glowing.
