Whether you agree or not there are some challenges on TikTok that are fun to watch. A new challenge is trending on TikTok, the Rock, paper, scissors food challenge in which you need to order a meal which has to be from your favourite fast food place and your friend and then set your camera outside your house or place where you can run a short distance.

Then you and your friend have to play Rock, paper, scissors, and whoever wins gets the chance to eat the meal first and the one who loses has to go for a run/jog and then repeat the process.

There are chances that you don’t even get a single bite from your favourite meal and just keep on running unless the meal is finished.
As I was going through the comments many fitness freaks are liking this challenge as they can do this on their cheat days with a high chance of getting their calorie burnt after a bite.

The game resumes again when the participants return from the jog and go for another round of rock-paper-scissors food challenge. There are different variations to this food challenge as well. For example, you can get food thrown in your face get forehead-flicked or get hit by a toy hammer if you lose.
