How long should one sit?

According to the Charity Just Report, a person should sit for a maximum of 4 hours. There are low chances of getting sick due to this and apart from that, sitting for 4 to 8 hours has a medium risk of getting sick and sitting for 8 to 11 hours has a high risk that you will get some disease or the other.
